Rubber B is an independent company and NOT affiliated with Rolex, Panerai, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Omega, Tudor Watches, or any other watch brand company. Watch likeness and logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of each brand, respectively.

Accuracy

Information provided for each product or collection of products is accurate at the time of publication. Product photography and images within the website are specifically designed to give an accurate representation of the finished product. All Rubber B straps are strictly quality-controlled, and variations in final product finishes or defects do not exist. However, computer browsers and display technologies may vary, which means we cannot guarantee the perceived accuracy of the actual color tone being different from your particular computer screen's interpretation.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update or delete material from this site and may, at any time, revise these terms. You are bound by any such revision and we therefore recommend that you visit this page to review the current terms each time you revisit our site.

General

Rubber B, LLC is not liable for any form of loss or damage caused to your wrist watch for any reason. Rubber B products pass 3 inspection levels at our Swiss factory, before coming to a final in-house inspection and pairing process. You will receive a perfect and flawless product that has been verified as such. Each Rubber B strap has been calibrated to easily and effortlessly mount its intended watch. If you encounter a problem mounting the strap, then you most likely have the wrong model for your watch. Contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Please make sure to install your straps correctly, or else have a watch or jewelry professional install them for you. We will not accept a damaged strap for return or exchange. Some installation tools are sharp and may pierce or scratch the rubber strap during installation if mishandled. Rubber B is not responsible for any damage or loss to a strap or watch that occurs after purchase.

If any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions is considered by any court or regulatory authority to be unfair, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed deleted from these Terms and Conditions without affecting the other provisions. The laws of the United States of America govern these Terms and Conditions, and all disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the U.S.A. While we take appropriate steps to protect this site from malicious attacks, we cannot warrant that it is entirely free from the risk of a virus attack.

Shipping

All orders placed on our website usually ship the same business day if received before 5pm EST, or within up to 48 hours at most. UPS Shipping is a first class service which provides a live tracking number for your convenience. Options are as follows:

DELIVERIES TO USA: UPS Ground Free (2-7 Business Days), Second Day Air $20.00, or UPS Next Day Air $45.00

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: UPS Worldwide Express $30 Flat Fee (2-5 Business Days)*

*You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from RubberB.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by their destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs charges and any additional charges for clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Return/Exchange Policy

It is our pleasure to serve you, and we hope that you find your new strap(s) to bring many years of enjoyment. However, we do accept Returns/Exchanges for any product that has NOT been mounted, worn, bent, cut, altered, stained, or damaged (the only exception being Genuine Alligator straps, which are non-returnable/non-exchangeable).

NOTE: INSTALLATION TOOLS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE. GIFT CARDS ARE NON REFUNDABLE & EXPIRE 90 DAYS FROM PURCHASE. 

All approved Returns or Exchanges must be requested and granted in writing (via email with info@rubberb.com) within Seven Business Days of delivery. A Return Fee of $20.00 per order will be charged for all Returns. This fee is not a profit mechanism. It only covers credit card fees charged to merchants by your bank, shipping overages, and brand packaging losses. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Any UPS Ground Shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount for USA orders which were originally shipped via UPS Ground free.

NOTE: NEVER refuse your UPS delivery from Rubber B, as the fee for Return Service is very high and the customer will be responsible for the additional fee imposed by UPS. We recommend that customers choose another inexpensive method for Return, such as the public postal service, and that they add INSURANCE in case the package gets lost. Lost packages in route for return are the customer's responsibility.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION: Rubber B will accept returns/exchanges for products in (I) unused condition, within 7 days of customer's receipt of goods (the only exception being Genuine Alligator straps, which are non-returnable/non-exchangeable). Please contact us first (within 7 days) IN WRITING with (info@rubberb.com) for an RA return authorization and instructions. All refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment method, (II) minus the original shipping charges. Instead of a refund, you may also request an exchange for a similar or different product. In the event of an Exchange, you will not be charged a return fee. If a package en route for return is lost, it will be the customer's responsibility, so insurance is recommended.

Product returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that returned goods are packaged carefully to avoid damage during transit. Insurance is recommended for the customers' protection. We are not responsible for Customs fees and taxes for returned goods into/from foreign countries.

(I) Unused condition: refers to any product that has NOT been cut, worn, bent, altered, damaged, or stained. Please do not wear any product if you intend on returning it. If a strap arrived back to us and is found to be used, modified, or damaged in any way, then the customer will be responsible to pay for the UPS shipping fee to have the same strap sent back to them.

(II) Minus original shipping charges: This includes the original shipping charges paid by Rubber B.

You can easily request a Return Authorization by emailing info@rubberb.com. You will receive a response the same business day (please check your SPAM/Junk folders). If you refuse delivery of your shipment from Rubber B, the additional fees imposed by UPS for transporting the package back to us will be subtracted from your refund amount.

User-Submitted Content

By submitting photos and/or videos featuring Rubber B products for inclusion in our "Real-Life Customer Photos" carousel (powered by Flowbox), you grant Rubber B and rubberb.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and share your submitted content on our website, social media platforms, and in marketing communications. We value your privacy and respect your rights as the content owner. If at any time you wish to have your submitted media removed, you will always be able to request removal by contacting us via email at info@rubberb.com or by calling (305) 771-2369. Your content would be removed within 24 hours of your request.



"RB CONNECTED" Terms (Straps equipped with Tap-to-Pay Technology)

Rubber B proudly guarantees that each NFC chip-equipped strap has been thoroughly tested and verified using specialized equipment to ensure the chip is present and in working condition in your specific strap at the time of shipping. The rest is up to you: 

Within 7 days (return/exchange eligibility period):  Download the correct mobile app on your phone and connect your strap to it. Connect your credit card or bank account to the app, and pay with your strap anywhere that credit cards are accepted touch-less (tap-to-pay). 

By purchasing and using any RB Connected strap, you agree to the following terms:

  • Use of Service: "RB Connected" refers to a rubber strap containing a chip that allows the strap to communicate with certain devices. The mobile apps and payment processors that facilitate the use of the strap are separate from Rubber B. Therefore, all Terms and Conditions related to the use of RB Connected straps are to be found at the following relative links:

    Also applicable are the original terms you currently have with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) and/or your Banking Institution. 

  • Privacy and Data: Rubber B provides a chip-installed strap called "RB Connected" in a limited fashion related only to sales and marketing. Rubber B cannot see, access, control, or maintain any of your data on any RB Connected-compatible Mobile App or Payment Platform, as they are separate entities where you will create your private account directly. 
  • Liability Disclaimer: Rubber B is not liable for unauthorized payments if the strap is lost or stolen. If the OneOS or Curve applications experience any problem or disruption of service, or you are not able to make payments with your strap for any technical reason not related to a defect in the chip-installed strap, Rubber B cannot be held accountable or liable. 
  • Governing Law: Any disputes related to the mobile applications or payment platforms (OneOS, Curve, etc.) will be governed by the provider's Terms and the applicable laws of the country of purchase. Any disputes related to the functionality of the RB Connected rubber strap shall be governed by the jurisdiction of the State of Florida in the USA.

App Requirements: The chip functionality is enabled only through select third-party mobile applications, currently available for download via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These apps, such as Curve Wallet and OneOS, are solely responsible for the setup, activation, and functionality of the Tap-to-Pay service.

Customer Financial Compatibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have a compatible bank account or credit card, depending on their country or region, in order to enable and use the Tap-to-Pay feature. Rubber B cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise from incompatibility between the customer’s financial institution and the payment platform. Furthermore, Rubber B assumes no liability for any future changes or updates to any part of the payment ecosystem, including changes in app functionality, financial institution relationships, or service availability across platforms.

Third-Party Services: Rubber B is not affiliated, partnered, or integrated with these mobile app providers, and does not have access to any user data, personal information, financial details, or app activity. Our role is strictly limited to providing a high-quality, chip-equipped rubber strap designed for seamless integration with specific Rolex watch models and clasps.

Limited Scope: Rubber B’s role is strictly limited to providing a high-quality, chip-equipped rubber strap designed for seamless integration with select Rolex watch models and clasps. You can always contact Rubber B Customer Service for same-day assistance with  basic technical or installation questions about your rubber strap. 

Support & Issues: Any concerns, malfunctions, or questions regarding the mobile payments, technology, app compatibility, or setup process must be directed to the mobile app provider. 

Lost or Stolen Strap: In the event your strap is lost or stolen, you can promptly visit the app or the app provider’s website to immediately freeze or deactivate your account to prevent unauthorized transactions.

Limitation of Liability: 

  • Rubber B accepts no liability for any third-party software, accounts, or services, or for any consumer losses arising from the use, misuse, or malfunction of the Tap-to-Pay process.  
  • If the bank with which you have your account—and to which you have connected your wearable—discontinues the service for contactless payments via wearable devices, Rubber B is not responsible and accepts no liability, as this is outside our control. 
  • Rubber B is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses caused in relation to use or non-use of the Tap-to-Pay technology, whether or not foreseeable, and regardless of whether they arise from negligence, breach of contract, tort, or otherwise.

Returns & Exchanges: Our standard return and exchange policy applies to all RB Connected straps. Customers have a 7-business-day window from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. It is the customer’s responsibility to download the appropriate mobile app and test the strap functionality within this period. Failure to do so may result in ineligibility for return or exchange.

Should you require assistance in locating the appropriate contact information or support resources for the relevant app provider, the Rubber B customer support team will be happy to assist and direct you to the correct point of contact whenever possible.
